The main focus of this seminar will be on identifying and dealing with the barriers to learning experienced by children with Dyslexia and other associated specific learning difficulties.
The aim is to be proactive and to be in a position to prevent those barriers from restricting the child’s education and emotional development.
It is important that there is an understanding of the challenges that can be experienced by children with Dyslexia and how these challenges can be met in the mainstream classroom. This includes social and emotional and motivational factors as well as educational issues.
